The range includes both vertically and horizontally opening doors for external and internal applications, most commonly with a fabric curtain but also available as sectional doors, roller shutters and powerful, service-friendly spiral doors with smooth aluminium profiles.
All Hörmann high speed doors come with a powerful frequency converter control (FU) as standard, which takes stress off the entire door mechanism through the smooth starting and braking action, guaranteeing nearly wear-free, quiet door travel and considerably extending the lifespan of working parts. The high opening and closing speeds optimise the flow of traffic and reduce heat losses.
Safety as standard
Non-contact safety is incorporated with a safety light grille concealed in the frame, which monitors the closing zone of the door up to a height of 2500 mm. This eliminates the need for an additional closing edge safety device or photocell and is exceptionally easy to fit and service.
Our in-house fabrication facility is also capable of handling all High Speed Door repairs and upgrades from any manufacturer, including replacement fabric curtains, bottom bars, guides, motors & control panels, activation & safety equipment and the strip out of a spring barrel assembly, often at short notice.
