Hinged Steel Doorsets

The doorleaves are constructed from corrosion resistant Zintec/Aluzinc sheets, lockformed together by bonding skins around a rigid core, using a no-weld construction and infilled with self-supporting resin-impregnated honeycomb core as standard, with optional Mineral Wool, Polyeuthrane or solid timber. 

The doorframe is folded from corrosion resistant Zintec/Aluzinc, in a screw and tab construction with 4 adjustable fixing feet per jamb, variable sub-frame and 4 dog-bolt hinges as standard.

An extensive range of colours and finishes are available including polyester powder coating from standard, non-standard and marine grade range, PVC laminate, Woodgrain PVC laminate, stainless steel or unfinished for site finishing.

Fire rated doorsets are designed to protect personnel & property from the spread of flames & smoke and offer substantial benefits over comparable timber doors in strength, durability & security. The range has been tested to BS 476 Parts 20 & 22, BS EN 1634 and holds CERTIFIRE certification.

Our in-house fabrication facility is also capable of handling all Hinged Steel Doorset repairs and upgrades from any manufacturer, including replacement locks, closers, emergency exit devices, hinges, handles, all hardware, door entry systems and door automation, often at short notice.
